The Pilot InnYou can find The Pilot Inn on Meads Street, just outside the city centre and close to Eastbourne Beach and the seafront. Built in 1840 as an inn and coaching stop, it’s a Grade II listed Victorian Gothic Revival building with period detailing. It serves tapas-style starters and craft beer, open throughout the day for locals and visitors.
